Role
The Marketing Manager will lead HDI’s marketing efforts and report directly to the CEO. The role is crucial to building HDI’s brand, increasing visibility, attracting new partners, and generating business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement marketing plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs like brand reach and lead generation. - Brand Building & Storytelling
Maintain consistent messaging, develop user and impact stories, grow HDI’s thought leadership, and maintain brand resources. - Demand Generation & Partnerships
Run campaigns to support business goals, coordinate events, and track market trends and competitors. - Systems & Team Building
Set up scalable marketing processes, manage internal and external creatives, and create tools for teams across locations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or branding
- Strong skills in content creation, digital and offline marketing, and project management
- Great writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with teams
- Prior experience or interest in sustainability, inclusion, livelihoods, or circular economy is a plus
